The Workforce & Business Center (WBC) will be hosting the Governor’s Summer Job Hunt Youth Job Fair 3-6 p.m., Thursday, March 27, in the Apple Rooms of the Human Services Center, 11860 Pecos St., Westminster. This event is for youth ages 16-24, and it will help connect them with employers looking to hire seasonal and full-time positions.
The Adams County Consortium is seeking public input on community development and housing needs to inform the county’s 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and its Regional Fair Housing analysis. The county’s Consolidated Plan will inform how it utilizes Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds to address the needs of low-income county residents. Community feedback is an essential part of the Consolidated Planning process.
