Fair Advisory Board

The Adams County Fair Advisory Board serves the Adams County Commissioners by and through the Adams County Parks & Open Space Department in an advisory capacity for the purpose of planning the Adams County Fair.

Sarah Davis

Sarah is an Adams County resident and is a volunteer with the Adams County CSU Extension office in the Master Gardener program.

George V. Mazzotti, Jr.

George retired from the Adams Country Treasurer’s Office 2018 Free Income Tax program. He is a lifetime resident of Adams County and is part of the Mazzotti Brothers Produce Farm in Welby. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting-Business Administration and Economics from Regis University Denver.

Stephanie Mirelez Norton

Stephanie is a long-time resident of Northglenn and graduated from Northglenn High School and taught special education in Adams County School District 14 and Adams 12 Five Star Schools.  Stephanie lives with her husband Chris in Thornton.  She is honored to have been appointed to the fair advisory board.

Carolyn Mulligan

Carolyn has lived in Adams County since 1998 and has been involved in the 4-H program here since 2000. She has served as both Foods and Clothing Superintendent at the Fair.  She served on the 4-H Programs Committee for eight years, and is a member of the 4-H Scholarship Committee.  As a member of the Consumer and Family Science Committee and a county project resource volunteer, she assists with workshops in various C&FS project areas.

William Scebbi

Bill is currently the Executive Director of the Colorado Horse Council and the Colorado Horse Development Authority.  He serves on many animal welfare and agriculture councils and groups like the Colorado Livestock Care Coalition, The Colorado Ag Council and the Adams County 4-H Advisory Committee.  His family has lived in Adams County for 28 years. He has been the president, a member, and founder of Rotary Clubs and named the "Citizen of the Year" by North Metro Realtor Associations. Bill and Sherry have been involved in the fair with their children Alyse and Ryan, and have been fair sponsors for over 18 years.
